Godly Play is Grace Church's Sunday morning program for children who are in preschool through 4^th grade. It is a multiage, multisensory program which deepens our children's understanding of God and faith. Participation in Godly Play helps prepare children for joining in the worship and life of the congregation as they develop that deeper understanding of stories, symbols and rites. The lessons are stories from the bible, told in a quiet, thoughtful way with simple materials and figurines. Godly Play takes place each Sunday during the 9:30 service except for the first Sunday of each month when children are encouraged to worship with their families.

Godly Journey is our program for 5^th and 6^th graders. Godly Journey uses video clips, music and art to explore the issues of life and faith that matter to middle schoolers. There will be time to talk, to listen, to laugh, to enjoy doughnut holes and perhaps an occasional field trip to the bakery. Godly Journey meets in the Living Room during the 9:30 service except for first Sundays.

If your children have already been attending Godly Play or Godly Journey there is no need to re-register. If your children are new to Godly Play or Godly Journey, please take a moment to register them by clicking on the registration form.

Godly Play is a beautiful program with all the lessons and materials prepared and provided for volunteers. It offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with the children in our community. By volunteering in Godly Play you will learn more than you teach and receive more than you give. Volunteers help with art, snack, and storytelling. The materials are prepared for you and easy to use.
