And Summer Pilgrimage is Planned!
We always get excited to announce our Summer Wilderness Trip for High School students. There is room for nine kids, and it can fill up fast. We are heading back to Idaho this summer, and you can find all the information in our Summer Wilderness Packet.

Grace’s programs for youth are called Rite 13 (grades 6-8) and Alive & Well (grades 9-12). We gather weekly for conversation and community, and our meetings are both vibrant and relaxed. We ask good questions and hear great answers. We get serious now and again about life and how we live it. We laugh like crazy and see come good movies. We’ll role play a little, and talk about real life. We play together and do our best to practice patience, love and humility with one another. All middle and high school kids are welcome. Many kids from beyond the Grace community find a welcome place in these gatherings, and in all we do we try to deepen our relationships with each other, and open the door to God’s spirit in our lives.
The Youth Programs meet Thursday evenings. First those in grades 6-8 gather, and then those in high school—and in between we have a wonderful meal for everyone. If you have someone in your house who would like to be a part of these two great groups, and if you’d like weekly email updates, please contact Mary Kay Dolejsi or Kathie McCarthy.
Dinners - Wow. Last fall we were feeding 50 - 60 kids each evening. That's a huge undertaking. While we have in the past had 3 - 4 families providing dinner, it can be quite a financial commitment to feed that many hungry teenagers. We'd like to have 5 - 6 families involved each week, to spread the load a bit more. Wow, again. Obviously, that will ask us to step up and volunteer several times during the year.
