A Celebration of the Life’s Work of Dennis Carlson & Beulah Downing

On Sunday, June 16, 2024, we celebrated beloved Grace parishioners Dennis Carlson and Beulah Downing. After an introduction by Faith Formation Director, Kim Cockroft, Dennis and Beulah spoke about their years in Ethiopia. They read from his newly published memoir, Scalpel, Spirit and Seeds: My Life Promoting Health in Ethiopia and around the World, and shared anecdotes about their lives and work. This was followed by a Q & A.
