Kim was born and raised in Portland, Oregon. She holds a Master of Sacred Music degree with a choral/vocal emphasis from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from the University of Portland. Kim has fifteen years of experience leading worship as a pastoral musician for congregations in Indiana, Minnesota, and Washington. She also holds a diploma in Band Instrument Repair and worked for a year as a band instrument repair technician before joining the staff at Grace Church. In her free time, Kim enjoys biking, hiking, photography, and exploring new places.
