How to submit content for the bulletin and/or eNews
Please email your submissions to communications@gracehere.org and office@gracehere.org. The weekly deadline is Tuesday at noon.
- You may submit your article or announcement as a Word or Google document, or in the body of an email.
- Please limit your submission to 100 words.
- We may make edits to increase clarity, add consistency, or make space accommodations. We will be in touch with you if we have a question or concern.
- Accompanying images are welcome, and will be included in the eNews as space allows.
- To accommodate the large volume of submissions we receive, we prefer not to run a single listing more than four weeks in a row. If your event has a long lead time, consider submitting a “Save the Date” notice followed by a second notice closer to the event.
- If you are including names of Grace folks, please confirm spellings, email addresses, and phone numbers using our OnRealm Directory.
- Priority is given to Grace events and to a limited number of nonprofit or community events. We don't publicize private or for-profit events.
